x402 is the HTTP 402 protocol for machine-to-machine USDC payments. Toll watches the two chains where it lands today.
Base rows come from the USDC AuthorizationUsed event (EIP-3009). Every gasless USDC transfer on Base emits one, including x402 settlements routed through any facilitator. We capture all of them. x402 is the dominant tenant of this rail, not the only one.
Solana rows come from SPL Token Program transfers on the USDC mint, live-indexed inside a tight amount window. If a memo instruction rides along (SPL Memo program, used by some x402 facilitators), we surface it under the row.
